Certificate Request

Are you interested in receiving a Special Certificate, signed by the Mayor to recognize a birthday, anniversary or other celebration? Please complete the below form. Once the certificate is printed, it can be picked up at the Township Municipal Office at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive.

Please be advised that certificates can take up to 4 weeks to be printed.

If you would like to try to arrange for the Mayor or other member of Council to deliver your certificate at your event, please send an email to drock@hamiltontownship.ca

Submitting a certificate request could take up to four weeks to complete. In the event you submit your certificate request and do not hear back from Township of Hamilton Staff one week prior to your event, please send an email directly to the email above as a follow up to your request.
