Please Note: Once a Freedom of Information form is submitted, you will be expected to pay a $5.00 fee before your request is formally opened and the 30-day response time begins. Cash and debit payments must be paid in person at 8285 Majestic Hills Drive, Camborne Ontario or by cheque payable to the Township of Hamilton. Additional fees may apply for time required to redact and prepare documents for disclosure.

For personal information requests, you must provide proof of identity before records containing your personal information are released to you.

If you are requesting records for another person, you must provide proof that you have the authority to act for that person.
